Bryan Landon
Founder & President
Originally founded in 2008 as BL Building & Remodeling, we have been providing construction services in Northeast Ohio for over 15 years. In 2018 we rebranded to Facility Compliance Solutions, expanding our services to include commercial and healthcare construction, remediation, and compliance support.
Our owner and founder, Bryan Landon, has over 40 years of experience in carpentry and construction and strives to provide cost effective solutions to his local community, healthcare facilities, and commercial businesses.
